Grilled Ribeye Steak With Garlic Butter

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (optional)
  • 2 ribeye steaks about 1-inch thick
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
  • 3 cloves garlic minced

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Steaks: Remove the ribeye steaks from the refrigerator and allow them to come to room temperature for about 30 minutes. Pat them dry with paper towels and brush both sides with olive oil. Season generously with salt and black pepper.
  • Grill the Steaks: Preheat your grill to high heat. Once hot, place the steaks on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side without moving them, until a nice crust forms. Flip the steaks and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes for medium-rare, or until they reach your desired doneness.
  • Make Garlic Butter: While the steaks are grilling, combine the softened butter with minced garlic and parsley in a small bowl. Mix until well combined.
  • Rest and Serve: Once the steaks are done, remove them from the grill and let them rest for about 5-10 minutes. Top each steak with a generous dollop of garlic butter before serving.
