Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Lemon slices for garnish
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano.
  • Marinate the Salmon: Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • Preheat the Grill: Heat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Grill the Salmon: Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it skin-side down on the grill. Cook for 4-5 minutes, then carefully flip and grill for another 4-5 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  • Serve: Remove the salmon from the grill and garnish with lemon slices and chopped parsley. Serve hot with your favorite side dishes.

Notes

Grill time may need to be adjusted due to the thickness of the salmon.
